What changes in the first month

Concrete outcomes.

Bills
~3–5
Minutes saved on every bill, that's the data entry your team stops doing, per invoice.
Bank
~1 day
Per month back from bank reconciliation, Hassab matches the obvious lines, you check the rest.
Close
3–4 days
Off your usual close cycle, fewer surprises on the 5th of the month, fewer late nights.
Cash
Daily
The owner sees overdue cash every morning, not when the accountant gets around to a report.
Built for decision makers

We know, you care about the numbers

Owners
See cash, collections, and bills due — on Monday morning, not the 15th.

  • Live cash position across all accounts
  • Top unpaid invoices, ranked by age
  • Bills due this week at a glance

A normal week

Same five jobs.
Very different week.

The way it works today
"How much cash do we have?"
Owner asks the accountant. Accountant pulls a report. Owner waits hours, sometimes a day.
Bills typed in by hand from PDFs and photos
3–5 minutes per bill. Arabic invoices retyped or translated first. Errors slip in.
Bank reconciliation pushed to month-end
A full day or two of matching lines one by one. Often skipped, then rushed.
Overdue customers chased from memory
No system. The customer who shouts loudest gets the follow-up. The quiet ones drift to 60+ days.
Month-end is a panic week
Late nights. Surprises on the 5th. Owner sees the numbers two weeks after the month ends.
The way it works with Hassab
Cash sits on the dashboard every morning
Live across all bank accounts. Owner sees it before breakfast. No report request. No waiting.
Bills read themselves — Arabic, English, mixed
Drop the PDF, check the extracted fields, click post. About 30 seconds, not 5 minutes.
Bank reconciles itself by Wednesday
Hassab matches the obvious lines. Your team only looks at what doesn't fit. Done in an hour.
Reminders go out to the right customers first
Ranked by who's most likely to keep delaying. Drafted, ready to send. Cash arrives sooner.
Month-end is a checklist, finished early
Anomalies caught before the 28th. Books closed 3–4 days earlier. Owner sees numbers on day 1.
What Hassab does

The four jobs your finance team stops doing manually.

01

Stop typing bills by hand.

Upload an invoice — PDF, photo, Arabic, English, or mixed. Hassab reads the vendor, amount, VAT, and line items, and picks the GL account. Your team reviews it in one screen and posts it.

You upload
A PDF or phone photo of the bill, Arabic or English
Hassab reads
Vendor, dates, VAT, line items, suggests the GL account
You approve
One click — fix anything that's wrong, then post

Reconcile your bank in minutes, not days.

Drop in a bank statement. Hassab matches each line to a transaction in your books. The obvious matches go through in bulk — your team only looks at the lines that don't fit.

Each line to an invoice, bill, or journal in your books

Know who to chase first — and what to send.

Hassab ranks every overdue invoice by who's most likely to pay late and writes a reminder for each customer. You read it, click send, and get the cash in earlier.

Close the month without a panic week.

A checklist of what's left to close. Hassab flags missing entries, unusual numbers, and accounts that don't reconcile — so the surprises show up before month-end, not on the 5th of the next month.

Made for Oman

Works the way your bills,
your banks, and your VAT
actually work.

i.
Arabic invoices — no manual cleanup.

A vendor sends you a fully Arabic PDF, or one of those mixed Arabic/English ones with the totals on the right. Hassab reads it. You don't retype it.

ii.
VAT 5% — your return drafts itself.

Tax codes, the OTA invoice format, and a VAT return ready to review at the end of the period. You check it, you file it.

iii.
Built for Oman — not adapted later.

OMR done right. Oman bank formats, local workweek, and VAT workflows that fit your team from day one.

Try it for 30 days

From setup to real numbers in four weeks.

i
Week 01
We set you up

Your chart of accounts mapped. Your bank statements imported. Your team's logins ready. You don't lift a finger on configuration.

ii
Week 02
Your team starts using it

Real bills get captured. Real bank lines get matched. The owner sees the dashboard with your actual cash on it.

iii
Week 03
Daily rhythm

Reminders go out to overdue customers. The bank reconciles itself by Wednesday. The bill backlog stops being a backlog.

iv
Week 04
We count what changed

How many bills posted. How many hours your team got back. Cash collected. Days off the close. You decide if it stays.

Questions

What owners and finance teams ask us.

If your question isn't here, talk to us directly — hello@hassab.io.

No. Hassab takes over the typing and matching work. Your accountant still reviews the books, files the VAT return, and signs off the financials — they just spend their time on the parts that need them, not on data entry.
Every action is auditable. Each company's data is fully isolated through tenant scoping at the database level. We can deploy regional storage on request for the Finance plan, and we are happy to share our data handling policy during the demo.
Hassab is designed as a full operating layer — most customers move to it as their primary system. If you're on QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or a local package, we'll handle the data migration as part of the pilot.
Very accurate — we built Hassab specifically for the GCC, so Arabic and bilingual documents aren't an afterthought. Every AI extraction comes with a confidence score and your team has final approval. The AI never posts anything without a human in the loop.
We hold a structured ROI review measuring bills posted, hours saved, and OMR collected — then you choose to continue on Starter, Growth, or Finance. There's no auto-charge and no long-term commitment for the pilot.
Yes. Hassab is multi-tenant by design — owners with multiple companies can manage them all from one login while keeping each company's books fully isolated. Multi-company is included on the Finance plan.
Hassab is built for VAT-registered SMEs in Oman and the GCC with 11–50 employees, doing roughly OMR 100K–5M in annual revenue, in trading, contracting, distribution, maintenance, or B2B services. It is not designed for freelancers or invoice-only businesses.

Show us your bills, your bank,
and one customer who hasn't paid.
We'll show you what changes.

30 minutes. Real bills, real bank statement, real overdue invoice. We post them, match them, and chase the customer in front of you.

No contract. No setup fee for the pilot.
